During my four years at Sport and Medical Sciences Academy I just want to express my gratitude to all my teachers for being an excellent staff who taught us so well and how they cared about us. An example of such would be my Uconn English teacher Mrs. Zamorski, during the process of doing our capstone some students were behind on handing in some assignments on time. She would stay on top of any students who were slacking and she didn't do it just to give these students a tough time but she did it because she didn’t want to see any of us seniors not getting our diploma for not completing this project. So I would like to thank all the teachers for pushing us and providing us with the knowledge needed to enter college. The biggest regret I would throughout these years would be the consistency of leaving my assignments for the last minute. Even though I have had good academic grades in my classes throughout my years, I do wish that I would have lost that habit of leaving assignments for the last minute because if I had done them earlier my grades would have been higher and school would have been a lot less stressful.I would have to say that this school has provided me with the best education and I believe that the school has provided me with the knowledge to be academically better than the average student. One of the weaknesses that I have developed throughout these years would be the ability to present in front of a crowd. As a student entering freshmen year I did not like the idea like most of my classmates but as I presented more in my classes it became a lot easier than to present in front of a crowd. Although my presentation skills may not be perfect but I can say that it has improved. My plans after high school consists of going to the University of Connecticut and majoring in engineering where I then plan to go into medical school after completing my four years.
